DESCRIPTION

PK-N is a highly concentrated fertilizer rich in phosphorus and potassium, with added chelated micronutrients to enhance stability and better assimilation of these nutrients. Adequate supply of other plant nutrients tends to increase phosphorus uptake from the soil. Therefore, and thanks to the synergy between phosphorus and potassium, both their absorption and assimilation are improved.

Additionally, with proper fertilization using a phosphorus and potassium-rich fertilizer, along with good crop management, the phosphorus in the soil can be replenished quickly enough to maintain optimal crop yield levels.

Potassium is essential for controlling water absorption and the process by which plants harness solar energy (photosynthesis). Potassium promotes flowering, fruit set, and overall resistance. Deficiencies are more likely in light, sandy, or calcareous soils where potassium is easily leached.

To address all this, a fertilizer rich in phosphorus and potassium like PK-N can be an essential aid.

CHARACTERISTICS
  • Increases fruit set, fruit enlargement, and therefore crop yield.
  • Protects the plant during cold or dry weather, strengthening its root system and preventing wilting.
  • Improves the plant’s ability to use and store energy, including the photosynthesis process.
  • The high phosphorus and potassium content of PK-N ensures healthy cell division, fruiting, and root growth.
  • Helps in the transport of sugars and starch within the plant and increases protein content.
USAGE DOSAGE

Foliar Application

Crop Dosage Application Timing
Avocado 200-300 cc/hl 2-3 applications starting from flowering onset.
Citrus and fruit trees 200-300 cc/hl 2-3 applications during flowering, fruit set, and fruit development.
Vegetables 250-350 cc/hl 3-4 applications during peak phosphorus and potassium demand periods.
Ornamentals 250-300 cc/hl 2-3 applications during high demand periods.

Soil/Irrigation Applications
